Welcome to Shrijanaki Mahal. By accessing or using our services, website, or booking facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Shrijanaki Mahal provides accommodation and related hospitality services to guests visiting Ayodhya.

2. Booking & Reservation Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) is mandatory at the time of check-in.
• Booking confirmation is provided only after successful payment or advance deposit (if applicable).
• Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking in case of incorrect information or policy violation.

3. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Standard Check-in Time: [Mention Time, e.g., 12:00 PM]
• Standard Check-out Time: [Mention Time, e.g., 11:00 AM]
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Guests must complete full or partial payment (as per booking terms) before or at the time of check-in.
• We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment modes.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per Government of India regulations.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made via phone or email.
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
• Free cancellation up to [X days] before check-in (if applicable).
• Cancellations made within [X days] of check-in may attract cancellation charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must maintain decorum and respect other guests and property staff.
• Any damage to property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
• Illegal activities, smoking in non-smoking areas, or disturbance to other guests may lead to immediate termination of stay without refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Shrijanaki Mahal is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
• Management shall not be liable for events beyond control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure situations.

8. Website Usage (If Applicable)

• All content, images, and materials on the website are the property of Shrijanaki Mahal.
• Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of content is prohibited.
• The management reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Privacy

Guest information collected during booking is used only for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
