Cancellation & Refund Policy

Shrijanaki Mahal is committed to providing a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process for all our guests. Please read the following policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be made through phone or email.
• Cancellation will only be considered valid after confirmation from our management.
• The cancellation policy is applicable as per the booking type and payment terms agreed at the time of reservation.

2. Free Cancellation

• Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• No cancellation charges will apply if the cancellation is made within the eligible free cancellation period.

3. Late Cancellation

• Cancellations made within 3 days prior to the check-in date may attract cancellation charges.
• In such cases, up to one night’s room charge may be deducted as a cancellation fee.
• In peak season, festival periods, or special events, cancellation charges may vary.

4. No-Show Policy

• If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a No-Show.
• In case of a No-Show, the full booking amount may be non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• The refund process may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
• Shrijanaki Mahal is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Non-Refundable Bookings

• Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as Non-Refundable.
• Such bookings will not be eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.

7. Modification of Booking

• Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability.
• Rate differences may apply if the new booking date falls under a different pricing category.

8. Force Majeure

Shrijanaki Mahal shall not be held liable for cancellations or refunds due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, travel bans, or other unforeseen events.
